Meet up with people at London concerts
Calling all female or male, feminist zine fans...I'm doing an my BA dissertation on feminist zine audiences. And I need YOUR help.|
If any of you have ever been interested in reading feminist/grrl riot/any grrl type zines would you be interested in meeting me for an interview? (In London...obviously)
I want to do individual interviews (i don't know how many i'll need, i'm sure at least 10...if not more) with anyone who has found themselves reaching out for feminist or predominantly grrl zines over mainstream media. i want to discover what it is about them, how you got into them, why, all those things about why you love, or even really don't love zines. What makes a good one and if you've ever made one is it better to make them or read them...?
Please please please if you're not into it but you know someone who is then pass this message on. I'm not really focussing on a set style, just girl stuff in general, it could be riot grrl, political activist feminism, girl comics, gURL websites, ANYTHING.
